Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach

We returned to Conrad again for a pre-cruise stay. ||I love this property for its beachfront location (with easy proximity to restaurants, bars, shops, the airport and cruise port), massive rooms, comfy beds, enjoyable balconies/ocean views and for the considerate service. This was again the case for our return stay. ||The weather was finally in our favor this trip so we decided to spend some time on the beach. It was easy to obtain chairs and umbrella, and we were well taken care of by the two gentlemen, who truly seemed to enjoy making our stay pleasurable. The food was great too with nice portions! ||Our stay, although short, was faultless. I would recommend this property and hope to return for a future stay!

Chose this hotel for a 4 night pre cruise stay (after much research) and so glad we did. Our weather wasn't the best, so having a large room with kitchen, living room space and a good sized balcony was perfect. We ate in both restaurants, thought the food was excellent in both, although the service in the Italian wasn't great. There's a small shop/deli in reception which does decent sandwiches but the grocery prices are ridiculous - if you want some basic staples for your room there's a tiny grocery store in the next block just behind the hotel so use that. Overall an excellent stay, and we'll be back if cruising out of Port Everglades again.

Terrible service and attitude. We requested an early check-in long before our arrival. We were open to paying extra or switching rooms; we just needed a place to rest after a long trip with children. The hotel staff promised both in writing and verbally to do their best to help.|​In reality, they did NOTHING. They didn't even try to assist us. We were forced to sit in the lobby with our kids from 8 AM until 4 PM. I am convinced that if the reception staff actually cared, they could have prioritized cleaning our room once it was vacated. It's impossible to believe there were no options for 8 hours. The staff is unprofessional and completely lacked any desire to help. Our stay at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and perfectly situated right on the beach, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the level of service.||Adam at the beach delivered truly top-tier service—attentive, friendly, and proactive without ever being intrusive. His professionalism and care elevated our beach experience to a true five-star level and made us feel genuinely valued as guests.||The front desk and bellhop teams were equally impressive. From arrival to departure, every interaction was warm, efficient, and polished. They set the tone for a luxury stay and handled everything seamlessly.||One of the most delightful surprises was the unexpected room refresh and turndown service.

Beautiful property. Pleasant staff. Spacious, comfy and convenient suites. Chairs and umbrellas available on the beach across from the property (included in resort fee). You can order food and drinks while on the beach. The stay here was awesome! A great experience and memories. ($200/night hold for incidentals. A little much, but worth the temporary inconvenience.)
