Comfort Suites Paducah Mall Area

Our experience at the Comfort Suites Paducah Mall Area was unfortunately very disappointing. We rented two rooms during our stay. One of them did not present any issues, but the second room had significant cleanliness problems. In the first room assigned to us, we found clothing items left inside the furniture and the bed linens appeared as though they had already been used. Because of this, we requested a room change. We were then reassigned to Room 203, where we again encountered several issues, including: • Clothing left behind from previous guests • A blonde hair visible in the bathroom sink • Crumbs on the sofa • Dust on top of the refrigerator • A bathroom faucet handle that was loose and detached from the marble countertop when the water was turned on Before checking out the ne

Stayed here 2 nights on Christmas weekend, check in was good, but the receptionist needs more training in customer service, she didn't look too happy to see us, but she did checked us in. The room and decor was good, bed was nice and comfy, and it smells good,, it was equipped with basic appliance. We were on the 3rd floor so we used the elevator a lot, there was no wait,, there was a nice little gym that we used twice. There was free breakfast but we didn't try it.. the cleaner needs to do a better job coz we find the carpets needs a good vacuuming all over the hotel and room, and the elevators needs a good wipe down, and pls mop the floors. Location wise this hotel was spot on, near the hwy mall and walmart.

From the moment we walked into the hotel the smell was over whelming with a spray to cover up a smell. Due to the loudness of other guest the front desk clerk moved us to a room away from them. Our room, 401, was nasty. The floor hadn't been vacuumed or swept. The bathroom had hair all over the floor, sink drain. There was no trap in the sink drain. The shower had multiple peoples hair in it and there was so much of it that my wife had to wear socks in the shower just to feel comfortable in it. Upon check out the front desk clerk never looked up or thanked us for staying at the hotel.

While the staff was super friendly and helpful, the property was lacking. Upon arrival, the door to the room was not closed and we thought someone was in the room. We proceeded to enter and no one was in the room. The reason that hte door was not shut is that it basically had to be slammed to get it shut. The stoppers were not in either of the sinks, when I put them in they were not able to be raised with the plunger behind the faucet and had to be dug out with my fingernails. The tissue box had a broken corner with missing plastic and shart edges. One of the pictures aboe the couch had broken glass in it. We travel pretty extensively and utilize hotels with free breakfasts. Some have been great, some have been ok, but this is the first hotel that we have left the property to eat at

The hotel was not well lit from the outside when it first got dark. It smelled wonderful when entering the lobby though! The bed was nice, but room was not very clean...there was even a used round bar of soap on the shower floor in the corner along with lint and hair. Young man at the counter at check in was very sweet and helpful. The woman at the counter when checking out was not to be found until we went outside and she was just standing outside smoking. Breakfast was very minimal with several items not in order...like the waffle maker and orange juice,
