Comfort Suites Orlando Airport

The staff is wonderful!!! I actually left my phone in the shuttle to the airport.. our driver, called to let us know she found it, but we were already in line to check in to board.. we so appreciate her.. her heart is pure and trustworthy.. Walley, turned my phone off and set it aside... We appreciate him as well..getting my phone shipped back to me to Colorado was channeling, especially, when a person is Electronically Challenged, although, we had help from Fed X to schedule a pick up. Overall, we appreciate the wonderful staff at this facility..... Thank you again..

Bed was comfortable if not a bit shaky. But the room was big and clean and the staff was wonderful. They were helpful, friendly and our breakfast was delicious. So was the lovely lady who helped me make my waffles. I wish I could remember her name.

We arrived very early from our cruise ship(10am). There were very accommodating and held our luggage until time of check in. We were able to site see around Orlando without the worry about our luggage. The room was big for a family of 4. Front desk was very help with info about a rental car and shuttle service to the airport.

Positive: Breakfast staff was friendly & efficient. Most of the time these employees are not very friendly. Negative: Breakfast Suggestion: Biscuits & Gravy. Breakfast was a little lacking so this is an inexpensive fix to fill guests up.

Location is ideal for where we needed to go. Close to the highway. Room and bathroom were clean. Adequate towels and washcloths for each guest. Check in was smooth and friendly. Stayed on 4th floor and the water pressure in shower was good. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, with three fruit options (orange, banana, apple), along with juices, coffee, and tea. Breakfast area was clean and items were replenished as needed. I would stay here again.
