Comfort Suites Mobile West Tillmans Corner

My stay at comfort suites was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. Brittany at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because I had to catch a early flight but I took advantage of the guest laundry that was in good order. Thanks Brittany for being so helpful.

All was good until I went to bed. mattress was uncomfortable, the couch was better to lay on. The room was set up nicely. Then breakfast was not set up continuly through serving time. Until the lady came in for shift. Had to ask for coffee to be made. Other breakfast items. Lil fellow was nice but not on top of preparation of breakfast. Was told he was new on the job. And when we first got there, I asked where was the restroom. Went in was a mess, no tissue paper. So I went to let the clerk know. She said she had just arrived in to work and got a role of tissue paper. Needless to say I just waited to use the room bathroom. Which was clean in the room.

This hotel was nice. No big truck parking but bobtail is ok. ||The girl at front desk was ok. I had to ring bell to get her attention because she was talking to someone in the back. ||No recognition on my loyalty or an offer to upgrade. ||The room was clean & comfortable & modern. ||The breakfast was good as well. ||Nice hotel & we would stay there again.

Absolutely the worst pillows I’ve ever seen. They look like they belong in a baby’s crib for an infant to use. I had to go to target to buy a decent pillow. Also, the WiFi was out and they weren’t planning on getting it back up until the next day. They should have told me when I checked in so I could have gone to a different hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE FAMILY WITH YOU AND CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS AND BEING IN A SMOKE FREE ROOM. We traveled with our two kids and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we got to our room, it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bed, pillows, and basically everything in the room carried the same smell 🤢. The carpet was disgustingly stained, and to make matters worse, there was pubic hair on the toilet. The pillows appeared to be stuffed into balls, likely to hide the yellowing stains on them, which was disgusting. If you are traveling with family and care about cleanliness and a smoke-free environment, I would absolutely not recommend staying here. This place was very unsanitary and honestly felt like it should not even be operating.
