Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway

Great, helpful staff! Cookies and lemon infused water in the lobby, great indoor pool and hot tub, sauna and outdoor hot tub plus a good gym room. The lobby smelled wonderful and the room was fresh and clean. They have limited channels on Dish network, but that made us rewatch a couple of movie classics that we might not have otherwise thought of. The forest view from the balcony is awesome and a whole cozy cabin vibe. Just around the corner from stores including Walmart, if you forgot anything for your trip. Nice complimentary breakfast, too. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Positive: Location was very convenient for us. Had lots of Amenities, but they were not really good Amenities if that makes sense. Breakfast was just decent, pool area was filthy, hot tub was gross, sauna was gross. Negative: A lot. For the high price paid, I definitely expected more.

This is my Go To Awesome Hotel when my Family of 9 drive 8 hours to enjoy snow skiing. The Pool, Indoor and Outdoor Hot Tubs are perfect after a full day on the slopes. Staff has Always greeted us with a Smile and Caring Attitude! Perfect location with easy On/Off I-70 access. 5 out 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of the VERY BEST hotels I have ever stayed at. I'm not talking fancy or luxurious, but what was most important to me was the gorgeous surroundings, the pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub worked great along with their dry sauna, breakfast provided every morning, the staff was very friendly, and the cherry on top is that it is pet friendly with a super convenient door to the patio at ground level to let the dogs out, they provide a plastic bag station to pick up after your pets, which worked out perfectly because we had nobody to dog sit for us because of the holiday so they came with us to end the year and start the new year as well. Thank you, keep up the great work!

My family and I stayed during our vacation. The room was clean, staff was ok. Our TV was small with few channels - and no way to stream. Which was unfortunate with 2 kids. The bathroom was absolutely tiny. You couldn't use the bathroom and close the door. And bring some sort of grip for the bathtub because it's very slippery. Only 2 towels were provided, and staff definitely made me feel inconvenient for asking for more.The hot tub and pool advertised as heated and indoor where ice cold. Leaving only the outdoor hot tub. The jets in the outdoor where extremely loud, and spraying water everywhere causing the whole walk way to be a sheet of ice. The pool was absolutely freezing- my kids attempted but water was so cold. The indoor hot tub was additionally freezing. The breakfast was free, and
