Comfort Suites Cumming-Atlanta near Northside Hospital Forsyth

Filthy bathtub with the drain stopper sitting on side of tub. Horrible black stains that were some kind of oil or ??? They were moveable, so not scars, just a filthy bathtub. Ick! Room safe didn't work, and we got the impression from the desk that none of them do. Coffee table in sitting area was wobbly we couldn't sit anything on it. The breakfast eggs each day were heavily salted which is horrible. There was no meat available when we got to breakfast. It came when we were finishing breakfast, but too late. Have to say the beds were very comfortable, but will not stay there again.

Positive: Room was spacious and warm. Bed was comfortable. Staff was awesome over Xmas. Negative: Furniture in rooms needs to be updated. There were so many dings and scrapes. It was depressing. No towel bars. One little tiny bar of soap. Good attempt at upgrading, but falls short. Also the frozen breakfast sandwich in brown paperbag on xmas?

My room was fine. Very comfortable actually. The television is a little high on the wall but worked well and had the original remote. The wifi was great. It's a little difficult getting in and out due to construction on the road in front of the hotel. I would stay there again and will soon.

I came here for business trip for few days and stayed at Comfort Suites Cumming. Their team was amazing. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Keep up the great work.

The staff there were very friendly and helpful. I only gave them an 8 because when we arrived the door on our room didn't lock and the phone didn't work. The staff was able to repair and exchange them right away, and they gave us a late check-out.
