Comfort Suites at Woodbridge

We are Choice Diamond Elite Business members. We are in the trucking industry and our team travels this way frequently. We enjoy lodging at the Comfort Inn; we're regulars. We usually get the king suite. The room is spacious, clean, and offers all the comforts we need when on the road. They have an onsite bar and plenty of snacks/frozen food options if you don't feel like going out of the hotel. Very family oriented as well. The staff is Amazing. I typically work with Griffin-Mgr. He is so personable and friendly with every guest. Kevin is great as well. They are very accommodating. This hotel is very diverse and I love that. Your staff is amazing! I need handicap parking and no spaces were available. Griffin Hagel moved his own car to give me his space. Your bar staff, especially the older lady, went out of their way to ensure patrons had a good time. She was amazing and I bet if you look at profits when she works, they are up I'm sure. She deserves a raise! Even your housekeepers are smiling and friendly, wishing everyone a good day. I also noticed that staff also went out of their way to make a travel worker who has been with you for several months feel included and at home. What a great crew you have!

Off the side of the highway but it's very quiet and they always clean amazing. Breakfast is a little light sometimes but it depends on whether or not they have groups staying. ||I am customer for life.

Employees were very friendly during my stay. The hotel may be a little dated, but the room was clean, and the price point is good. Not too impressed with the breakfast options. Standard hotel breakfast with folded eggs and sausage and pastries, waffles, etc. The eggs tasted frozen still and the sausage wasn’t great. Overall, will stay here again, and many places to eat close to the hotel.

2 beds, 1 was literally broken. I'm unsure but thinking it was a box spring and not a true mattress because I heard cracking like splintering wood and felt a 2x4 along side the perimeter. The location was fine. The lobby presented well and smelled great but that wasn't the case for the floor I was assigned. Wondering if they do business with the unhoused during the winter,(?) as the odor was pungent once the elevator doors opened. . The service was excellent. Breakfast dining area was very clean and everything was delicious.
