Comfort Suites Abilene Central

This hotel was somewhat nice looking in the lobby, but the room was dirty and half cleaned (food crumbs on the ground and under tables like it was half effort swept), every wall had terrible patches that weren’t properly blended/textured and painted the wrong color for repair, the tile shower was horribly done and every edge where there was caulk was moldy, soap scum was not cleaned, the toilet seat was super stained and old looking, the mattress was imprinted where the same spot had obviously been used for years, the couch had dirty spots/stains all over, the outlet box behind the tv was literally falling out of the wall. The staff were all very bothered by simple requests and seemed annoyed and as if they hated their life, borderline rude for no reason. This was legitimately one of the w

The room was dirty. Floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped. Found food in microwave from previous guest. Comforter had ketchup on it (bedding between top sheet and comforter cover. Other bed had little black hairs on the fitted sheet. Luckily, I had 2 beds to choose from, but neither was a good option. I travel with Clorox wipes and an extra blanket to use. The desk had an oily substance on it and the tray for coffee maker was covered in dirt. The desk had an orange oily substance on it. Night table had beverage rings on it.

Thank you so much to Denise and Robert for tracking down my laptop! And Marta for being so kind. You all went above and beyond. The service at this hotel is top notch. Room had tons of amenities for the location (very convenient - close to Chuys and shopping) and the pricepoint. This will be my go-to when in Abilene. Especially thanks to Robert , Denise, and Marta!

Stay somewhere else. Was woken abruptly at 2:15 AM by a tall man continuously knocking loudly on my door. How was this man, NOT a guest, able to get into the hotel at that time of night? I called the front desk asking for assistance. Soon, he was gone, but then I got a call back (at 2:25 AM) by the front desk, letting me know that, "Yes, he was acting weird. He was not a guest and we asked him to leave. If he comes back, we're calling the cops." This was alarming to me, and I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. By 7 AM, I tried to shower to help me wake up, and to my disappointment, there was no hot water. At this point, I knew I didn't have time to request a new room, as I had to arrive to my job by 8:15 AM. I stayed here for work. Older facility, but clean. All I needed was a safe plac

Positive: Their air conditioning unit was awesome! The TVs are all about apps, which is very confusing, but the TVs are very nice. Good staff too. Negative: As soon as you start walking down the halls, the whole hotel smells like puke. I had to keep spraying my body spray in my room to try to fix it. Bugs on the floor a good coat of paint could go a long way in this building.
