Comfort Inn Traverse City

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN TRAVERSE CITY! We stay at this hotel almost every time we visit Traverse City because: 1. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hr. The hot tub holds 10 people and is always clean. The pool water is warm, feels so good! 2. You can bring up to 2 dogs for $20 each, per night 3. It's right off Munson Rd and is in close proximity to Everything! 4. Free hot breakfast in the morning 5. They have a room that accommodates up to 6 people and 2 dogs! There's a separate king bedroom connected to another room with Queen sized beds and the rooms look like they've been recently updated. Very nice bedding with lights aroundand under the beds. A microwave and fridge are also in the room along with 2 large TVs that you can hook up your Roku/laptop/gaming system to! Also, the st

This property is clean, quiet, conveniently located, and a great value. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The staff made us feel welcome and that they really were glad that we had chosen to stay with them! Have you ever had stays at other properties somewhere else where you got the feeling that the hotel was grudgingly tolerating your presence until you were gone? Not here -- these people are great! We've stayed at this property twice now and have been made to feel so welcome that we will definitely stay here in the future when we're in Traverse City.

I was very impressed with the fact that the pool/hot tub was open 24 hours. Perfect for anyone traveling that might arrive after 10pm and want to enjoy it right away. Hotel was super clean, and very nice! My favorite thing about this hotel though was in the morning during breakfast the stove had stopped working, so instead of just saying sorry we don’t have potatoes or sausage, the lady who does the breakfast really went above and beyond and found an open suite with a stove and made them there. That to me was top notch! So many people would have just left it and I was very impressed with her decision and drive to fix the solution as quickly as possible. Super impressed! I will definitely be coming back to stay here again with my husband because I told him all about this hotel and how nice

I spent 3 weeks in December at the Comfort Inn. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. From the staff at the registration desk to housekeeping to dining room, each & every staff was friendly, courteous & professional.|The room was clean, the breakfasts were very good & often there were freshly baked cookies at the registration desk.|I used their free transportation every day; twice a day. The drivers were wonderful; all four of them. My entire experience was good. Thank you Comfort Inn.

This was a very clean, nicely appointed Comfort Inn. First impression seems a little questionable, with a small front parking lot and being amongst a long line of larger size hotels in this tourist city, but once inside it was very clean and nice and obviously well taken care of. The room was very clean. It had a large TV and very nice mood lighting under the bed, above the headboard and behind the TV. If I had any criticism it would be the bathroom setup with the sink in the room right at the door and a small bathroom with just the toilet and corner shower. The door barely clears the toilet seat and it is a standard height and size. It really wasn’t a big deal for me though, the cleanliness and overall quality of the hotel is much more important.
