Comfort Inn & Suites Temple - Medical Center

Retired couple, visiting grown daughter, a great central location but still quite isolated feel in the room. Excellent price in today’s market |They have placed us both times in a 3rd floor room away from the elevator and activity. The bed feels like a Goldilocks story, not too firm, not too soft, but JUST RIGHT (and I prefer soft). We are VERY PICKY and sleep like a dream on this bed (one of THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES). GREAT breakfast with not only good food but an extremely nice, friendly chef. Breakfast area immaculately clean. Well priced vending items in machine conveniently located with ice machine right at elevator. 2 comfortable places to sit in the room with all needed amenities and surfaces to contain items you don’t want on the floor. Simple, restful atmosphere. No nois

We were impressed with our stay here. Clean rooms with microwaves and fridges in every room. Lots of cable TV channels was also a plus. The staff was super nice and the Cafe Manager did an awesome job with the delicious free breakfast. My dad really enjoyed the ready made breakfast omelets & my mom loved the bed pillows. She said they were the most comfortable pillows she's ever slept on. Thanks for a perfect stay.

We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn, Hilton, Marriott and many other hotels but by far this place had the best breakfast I have ever had. Hotel is a little old but beds were clean. They do offer shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was great because we forgot ours. Also very friendly and good service.

You have a very friendly staff except for the guy (older white guy) who works overnight. He’s very rude and unprofessional. We come there twice a yr for an event and every time we come here his attitude horrible. The ladies that you have working gives exceptional service. We’ll be in February and we’re praying that we don’t have to have any dealing with this guy. A couple in our group had issues with there toilet (room 107), he told them that he work at the desk he’s not a plumber, so therefore they had to wait until the next morning to get it corrected. This guy is very unprofessional. Overall the stay as nice

the place is extremely clean, but under the sink needed to be dusted. The cleaning lady was regularly mopping the bathroom floors and everything, everything else was spotless and it looks like the mop the entryway to side doors once a week too. I do find it hard to sleep in the beds. I appreciate that I can pull off the top layer thin blanket so I'm not burning up every night, but I still woke constantly having to find a new cooler spot in the bed to sleep with just the comforter and sheet. the bed itself is rock hard which may have contributed to me waking 4 or 5 times a night (stress from visiting family at thanksgiving didn't help). but it is a reasonably priced hotel, very quiet and gave me a nice place to escape to when I needed from my family in temple.
