Comfort Inn & Suites Sayre

My husband and I recently stayed here and it is now one of our favorite hotels. Upon walking in, the person at the front desk (I believe she was the manager) was one of the highlights of our stay. She was so polite and gave us great service. I immediately felt comfortable and she added on to the excitement of our stay. Upon walking into our room, we were shocked at the size of it. It was very spacious! We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and that was obviously the highlight of the room. However, we were so surprised to see that they provide streaming services! You have to log in into your personal accounts but to have that option was great!! On top of that, the room also had a comfortable couch with a small table. Stayed one night on our way to Corning and the finger lakes. Easy to find. The rooms are nice. Liked the layout. Fridge & microwave is convenient. The hotel was very clean and the workers were all pleasant. The rate was affordable. We only had coffee from the breakfast set up. And I never got to look at the pool etc... would highly recommend.

Nice hotel, bed was super comfortable, sheets nice and clean and plenty of pillows. Room simple, spacious modern and clean. Breakfast good. No noise had an enjoyable night sleep. Could not check in early unless we paid $35. Couldn’t plug in our iPads in any of your outlets. Shower head way too high for me to adjust. Lighting in bathroom too dim. Bed too hard and pillows were not soft. Entrance decor looked old and did not match. Tip jar was out when we went to breakfast. Other Comfort Suites have been great and even had warm cookies all day. Will never stay at Sayre again and will think twice about other Comfort Suites.

I have stayed at this Comfort Inn years ago. I haven't been in the area for around four years. I asked for a first floor room for one and I got 128 down the hall. I had stayed in this room before, It was next to the pool area and not noisy at all. I returned late one night ( after the pool closed after 11) I observed the pool being cleaned and the water being tested and circulating to insure the cleanliness. The breakfast area was spotless. There was a chef that assisted people in making perfect waffles and he also was cleaning each seating area as the people finished and he also made sure everyone was satisfied.
