Comfort Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable . The bathroom is a bit small and the showers need grab bars. The entire staff is amazing. They should be a model to how any staff should treat guests.. Breakfast was good and dining area was clean and food was kept stocked. The lobby is nice with coffee, tea, and water available at all times. Never heard any noise in hallways. We will return!!

The man at reception (John?) was extremely cheerful, accommodating and friendly. when we asked for one extra towel, he gave us several. The bed was comfortable, as were the sheets; the water pressure was good, room temp and ability to control it was great. I would have liked breakfast to be available earlier than 7:00 am and be a little more appetizing - the coffee, however, was great.

This is not a 2 star hotel. This is more like a 4 star hotel! The staff are extremely pleasant especially Mark on nights! The rooms are well kept and clean! The breakfast was yummy! The only things that we suggest is them getting more lights by the hotel cause it was night when we came in so we couldn't see the drive way that well and a bigger sign as well cause the sign is tiny ( but they are redoing it). At nights they also have free brownies in the lobby.

The night desk person was very nice, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful -I think his name was Matt or Mark? The free breakfast had typical variety but having option of make your own pumpkin waffles was a nice touch. The bed was clean and super comfortable. The temperature of the room was well maintained around 71 degrees without need of running the heat (cool October evening). We had king room with pull out bed and the room was the largest room I have stayed in the area for the price.

Arrived after Moving All weekend Into a new home 🏡 went through Hotels . Com They Screwed up my Dates of stay,after which The front desk Clerk Explained to me what to do Gave me a Great room at the same price He was Very informative, Professional and Gave me great advice through it all Excellent service the room was Outstanding, the bed was Amazing,Comfortable,Shower was Hot and Relaxing, Breakfast 🥣 was Excellent Quality, and Made my Morning Even better! Thank You!.All for Making My Day, and well worth it! THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF also for their Hard work
