Comfort Inn & Suites Santee I-95

This will be our go to place from now on. We travel from NC to FL a lot. Andy is SO nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is like any other hotel. We get a suite every time. And don’t forget the chocolate chip cookies upon arrival and coffee/hot chocolate!

We have stayed at this hotel in the past. The experience is positive. The room is always clean, neat, and heat is easy to adjust and uniformly warm. The only suggestion I would make is that the bathroom door not be an auto close one. Needing to get up during the night it is necessary to prop the door open so there is easy access. This can be quite inconvenient. Almost all hotels we stay at do not have this auto close feature. That is the only complaint. The full breakfast at this hotel is extremely good.

Chose this hotel because it could accommodate my family of 5 in one room. It worked. The 2 queen beds were reasonably comfortable. On the pullout bed, I could feel the mattress springs but it didn't bother my 7 year old.||The breakfast was fine. Standard fare for a hotel. The waffle maker, 3 types of cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, bagels, and bread. Hot options included eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, and grits. I thought the eggs and sausage were fine. I didn't try the gravy or grits and it looked like other breakfast patrons passed on them too.||On the downside, I question whether the thermostat in the room worked. The room felt cold and one of my daughters said she was cold and the blanket on the pull out bed was thin. Also, the room was missing a dresser. I didn't

Listen, I am going to a new chain after this trip however, it is not because of this location. This location is a decent location, not the best but good enough for an overnight or two. Rooms are clean and staff are nice. Breakfast is common, nothing special, but ok. I actually do like that the servers put out the biscuits and gravy. It was better than Cracker Barrel’s.

A decent spot to stop for a night on a road trip. Easy to get to from I-95. I chose it because it had a room that could accommodate my family of 5 in one room. The room was clean. The mattresses were ok - not too firm; somewhat soft but not plush. With the pullout bed, I could feel the springs on the pull out bed but it didn't bother my kids. The furnishings in the room were bare bones. I think it was missing a dresser. It didn't bother me and I excused it at this price point.
