Comfort Inn & Suites North Charleston - Northwoods

I stay here every other week for work. The staff and management is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and quiet. It has a great pool that I see pool company come and always have the water perfect and clean. Breakfast is always hit and fresh with a great assortment! I will always stay here when I come for work. Great Hotel!!

The room was ok but not cleaned very well. There were questionable stains on the wall and curtain. I purchased some clorax wipes and cleaned the wall out side the bathroom. Also the bathroom door was stained really bad. I also wiped it down. Some urinated in the elevator every night we were there...not sure what that was about. I won't stay there again but it may work well for someone else. It wasn't the worst I've seen. It's okay, like I said before. House keeping really need to focus on cleaning and sanitizing the entire room,including wiping down walls doors and handles. Also cleaning those curtains and chairs.

Hotel is very clean and accommodating. Gear and friendly staff. FREE Full HOT breakfast everyday. Clean HEATED Indoor pool. Fully equipped gym. FREE wi-fi. Room smells very fresh. Housekeepers are very helpful. Feel very safe.

Our experience at Comfort Inn & Suites North Charleston - Northwoods was very disappointing, and we want to clarify what happened in a respectful and transparent way. We reserved a suite for 5 people because the booking photos showed three beds. Upon arrival, we were assigned a standard room connected to another room. That same night we went to the front desk to ask if both rooms were part of our reservation, and the staff told us that we could use the other room without any problem and that they would make a note in the system. Based on that information, we acted in good faith and stayed. The next day, when we returned from work, we were approached by an employee with an aggressive, humiliating, and very unprofessional attitude. This person, identified as Tony, demanded that we leave the

We had an incredible stay. Booked a suite with our kids and having the separate rooms was great for us to put the baby in his pack and play at night, night time bottles and him being an early morning riser. Space was clean. Facilities were great. Staff was friendly. I have really been disappointed the last few times Ive stayed at a Choice Hotel as a member and was actually considering closing my credit card and moving to a different chain but this hotel redeemed the last three or so.
