Comfort Inn & Suites Lumberton Central I-95

Hotel is clean and affordable. We stay here every time we are in the Lumberton area. No problems with anything. No surprise deposits or charges. One annoying thing, for me anyway, is the slow elevator. But, it gets the job done. Breakfast is pretty good. I recommend based on my previous stays.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable! All staff were very friendly and or helpful! Great breakfast for the price point. Great location, easily accessed from route 95. Outback restaurant right next door for convenience.

Hmm. Where to begin? Upon entering the establishment, I had to pass a few individuals who were loitering and did not appear to be guests. It was aprox 9 pm. Check-in was easy, and the gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful. Got to my room & the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable anytime I moved positions. It just had an overall feeling of being rundown. When I woke up, I just wanted a hot shower and to hit the road. However, when I pulled back the shower curtain, I noticed some unsightly stains in the bathtub. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no water running at all. I went to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work. Completely dead. I went downstairs to get some breakfast and they mentioned that they had to shut the water off due to a hot water leak and didn’t

Room smelled horrible; mildew. Shower curtain was wet. TV didn’t work. We complained to front desk. Nothing done. Then told front desk we wanted a refund and we could not stay in those conditions. She said ok. A day later, they charged us. I called and requested that be removed. She said ok. Then proceeded to charge me AGAIN! For two! I called and confirmed with my credit card company, but the desk clerk kept saying they took it off. They don’t know what they’re doing. I ended up disputing both charges with the credit card company. After reading other reviews, they ought to just close this one down. Any good reviews must be fake!

My work mates and I stayed at this hotel for the week. Had some issues that got progressively worse. I would like to say the staff was great, but that's where it ended. -hotel attracts a rough crowd. Being outside between 9-10 PM, witnessed multiple cars coming thru to case the place for theft. My work truck had items stolen out of it. Parked right in front of main door and in view of camera. Was given excuses when I asked for someone to check cameras to verify if police report was worth it. Never heard back. Judging by the amount of security cameras, seems they have issues. - staff overworked. Staff was great. Trying to get my receipt on check out, attending desk staff was not in hotel because she was working at the hotel next door. When MGMT pulls stuff like this, cant help but feel bad
