Comfort Inn & Suites Jupiter I-95

My husband and I booked 3 rooms for ourselves and family members. All 3 rooms had issues. The key cards never worked on the door of our room (116). Fortunately, the room was on the first floor, near the front desk, so it was not a far walk for the 10 times we had to have someone let us in our room. The person manning the desk acted like we were disturbing her (eye roll, sighing) every time we had to ask her to please open our door. And I guess we were disturbing her, as she was very engrossed in some program on the computer. We also had to unplug the refrigerator because it made so much noise. Our son's room (315) only had 1 working key card which made it inconvenient for him and his wife. My sister's room (311) had some kind of equipment in the wall between the bathroom and sleep

Positive: The young lady at the front desk was amazing. She helped me out with an issue I had with work and made me a fresh pot of coffee late eve. Great service. Negative: smelled dope in the parking lot and elevator.

Definitely have very comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Had multiple issues with room key card and another customer was passing as I was trying to get in and said he also had problems swiping the card. Plus, our room did not have a TV remote. I went to the front desk, and it took 10-15 minutes to find one. And very surprised the TV was so small... almost the size of my desktop monitor.

Really disappointed. We stayed last 2 years and had good experiences. This year I called to reserve and had a good experince on the phone. However we missed our flight so we called to let them know we would miss our first night of the reservation. We were told it was all okay and that we had been checked in. We arrived today and were rudely told they would not honor our reservation it had been put as no show and now we would have to pay a higher rate. I asked for a manager and was told I could call them in the morning. No thank you we will stay somewhere else from now on. You lost a regular customer by not having basic responsibility and hospitality.

We booked a room for my daughter and my mother inlaw to stay near me at the hospital when having a Csection and we booked it through Priceline at first. Unfortunately I had some complications and we had to move my Csection up a week and Priceline was not allowing me to change my dates. I called the hotel and spoke to Brandon and he was able to help us figure it all out. He went above and beyond! My mother inlaw said that she really enjoyed her stay there that it was very clean and everyone was so friendly. Thank you Brandon so much for working with us during a stressful situation. I would 110% recommend staying here especially if you need anything done at the hospital. It is only a 10min drive away.
