Comfort Inn & Suites Grand Blanc/Flint

Staff is helpful and friendly! Rooms are super clean, no bugs of any kind! Fresh breakfast every morning, pool, hot tub, gym. TV is big flat screen, offers Netflix and prime video if you have an account, if not tubi is available plus regular cable as well. Bed is so comfy and comforters are so fluffy and warm!! And it's a HOT & FRESH breakfast every single morning!

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful Negative: The hot tub jets could have been stronger. Have an adult swim time.

The kindness of the lady checking us in and she was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was excellent. You can't beat the Comfort Inn location for convenience. It is next door to a Bob Evans and Applebees Restaurant. I would strongly recommend this Comfort Inn for anyone. All the employees were kind and helpful.

We have stayed at this Comfort Inn many, many times. We have noticed a gradual decline. This last time we arrived on January 4th and checked out on the 8th. We we arrived, it had snowed the night before and at 3 in the afternoon there had been no attempt to plow the parking lot. During our whole stay, the lot was never cleaned. It became very slippery and treacherous for walking, especially because everything would freeze again during the night. I slipped a number of times and nearly fell. We also don’t understand removing dressers from the rooms. When we stay for a few days, we like to unpack and organize our clothes in the dresser. We were given some lame excuse why they were permanently removed.

We stayed for five nights. By the second night, we had some issues that were out of the staffs control. The hotel manager went out of her way to take care of us, and followed up to make sure we were happy with the new accomodations. Your manager at that hotel has impecable customer service and you are lucky to have her!
