Comfort Inn Salida

Clean, amazing service from the gentleman at the front desk, awesome pool and hot tub, and a great breakfast. Could not have asked for a more accommodating hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in Salida. It is easy access to Monarch if you are skiing. Only downside is that downtown is not walkable.

After checking out a ton of local hotels and talking to the locals I decided that I didn't want to stay in a hotel where they were cooking meth in the parking lot. So I chose Comfort Inn and I was very pleased that I did. They were clean and very attentive and the customer service was outstanding. Their staff are very friendly and willing to help. The biggest complaint is that since it's on the highway it's very noisy maybe they could offer earplugs at the front desk in addition to the other small items they offer

I would recommend the Comfort Inn in Salida, CO for multiple reasons. The hotel is very clean- the rooms, pool and hot tub, lobby and breakfast area were immaculate. The staff is very friendly and professional and offered an excellent suggestion for a close by walk in a natural area. We felt very welcome. The breakfast was good with the somewhat usual variety of items but the eggs were real and the potato slices were delicious. The rooms were large and the beds and pillows were very comfy. I'd stay here again. My only complaint was there were no obvious recycling containers.

Room could use a little updating but it was clean and the beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast is fine. Best thing about this hotel is Mick at the front desk. Friendly and courteous on check in. Remembered us from the last stay a year ago!

Upon check-in I was greeted warmly by very friendly staff. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for the adventures we had planned. I would like to mention that a very special shirt was accidentally left behind & the gentleman up front (Rick I think) took care of it for me. Got it to ‘ship n things’ and had it sent to TX. |VERY grateful to him :) |We love visiting CO and will certainly come back to this hotel!
