Comfort Inn Oceanside Deerfield Beach

I stayed at the Comfort Inn Oceanside in Deerfield Beach, FL from February 6-8, 2026. During my stay, my car was hit while it was parked in the parking lot. Unfortunately, there were no cameras pointed toward the parking lot, and when the police showed up to take my statement and submit a report, the hotel was extremely unhelpful, and made it seem like I was a nuisance to them. I am now having to pay out of pocket for my insurance deductible, as well as additional expenses related to this accident. I have attempted to call and speak with upper management, and have not received much help. Sunny did offer me a manager's email, so she was the most helpful so far, but the email she gave me was relayed incorrectly. Comfort Inn Oceanside is conveniently located to Deerfield Beach. My stay here was very brief, I just needed a place to lay my head for the night. I loved being able to walk to highly rated restaurants and to the beach. I felt very safe in the area. The hotel itself needs some serious updating. It's just old and has several layers of paint and old carpeting. It was still clean and surprisingly quiet. I slept well and paid less for my stay than I would have at other nearby hotels. The staff was very friendly.

Although I used points for this stay, I was able to make a reservation just a few hours before I was scheduled to arrive and when I got there, it was ready for me to check-in. The lady at the front desk, I wished I could remember her name, was incredibly kind and welcoming and had my paperwork and keys ready in no time. The room as ample and comfortable and very clean. Will definitely stay there again.

With a calculator you can see that was around 1,000 and after check out just over 2,000) PLEASE PLEASE take your business elsewhere. They keep taking down my review along with the other partys who got charged TWO THOUSAND dollars. There is absolute discrepancies on "damage charges". When I finally after a week got sent the exact billing process I see they charged almost 2000 in damages. The only cause is saying sheet and duvet damage and clean up fee. But the charges that they charged where just over 2000. There is a picture posted. This is absolute fraud and I know I am not the first. If there was some damage to clean the sheets I would understand but they charged over 2,000 dollars and when I try to talk to them

You can’t beat the location. The staff was accommodating, the rooms were spotless & clean. Me and my family are definitely coming back next year. The town has amazing food and a ton of fun on the beach. One side of the beach is for surfing sports & the other side is for lounging. Tons of beach bars around everything‘s in walking distance. The food is great. Whales rib, JB’s etc. A Perfect get away.
