I stayed at this hotel for three days with my family. The pictures that the hotel provided for the rooms were not real. This hotel was booked based on the close distance to the theme parks. The rooms were dirty and not maintained at all. I specifically mentioned when booking my rooms that I needed connecting rooms or side by side but upon arrival they said all rooms were occupied so there will be no changes. The rooms were moldy and smelled bad all the time, bed sheets were stained and so were the towels, carpets looked like they haven't been vacuumed in months in the room and hallways. There were multiple roaches found living and dead. The bathroom was in bad shape and was not cleaned properly from the last guest. My room had two different carpets which were not joint properly making it

So the pros were are room was available as soon as we got there and we were able to store our luggage when we checked out until we headed to the airport. Now for the cons and there were many. Rooms are dirty. Our first room had bugs. So we switched. The next room was dirty and looked used and abused. There is mold growing on the ceiling and even on the pictures. Tons of dust everywhere. Sink doesn't looked like it's been wiped down around the handles and spout in a while. Door looked like it had been or tried to be broken into. Handle broken and almost falling off. Us as well as another room both had problems accessing our rooms on several occasions. Lobby bathroom was dirty and if someone were to report them, they could be fined for what was found. Good location but terrible service. Booked superior room but lady at front desk gave us a smaller room twice. On third try our hotel room door handle was broken so we couldn't get in. We had to push the door hard to open it. They said they would send someone to fix the handle. Nobody came to fix it. The bathroom door was the exact same garbage. The location was in a fairly good spot and breakfast was okay. 10/10 would not recommend. :)

I chose this hotel based off the location on a flight and hotel bundle. The pictures are not what you truly get. The lobby furniture is now old and stained. The receptionist who check me in was a woman who was actually very nice. Beware, it’s an old hotel that they tried to do a quick facelift on. The smell of mildew, mold, something wet is present. I’m highly allergic to mold and have an epi pen. Unfortunately I can’t find anywhere else to stay close by! I am so glad I brought Benadryl. My child and I arrived later in the evening for check in after flying in. The mattresses in the room do not fit the frame. The mattress tipped on my bed and my childs’ bed. 135 pound teen and I’m 185. Queen beds. Don’t sit on the edge of the bed. I rolled over in the middle of the night and the bed tipped

Not what we expected and definitely not what the website shows. The rooms were musty, the bed felt like torture, it was as if we were sleeping on direct springs, not to mention the bed was lopsided so we slept on one side and the AC not cooling properly, and if your out all day with your Family good luck getting a parking space when you get back. I will never ever stay in this Horrible place again. Lack of empathy, professionalism.
