Comfort Inn Dayton South

This hotel was better as a Holiday Inn Express. The service was not as good, and the day we checked out there was not hot water for showers.

Comfort inn bought this location in August. Very nice rooms. Friendly check in staff

I had a horrible experience, and I been a member since 2004.I booked a reservation through my company who gave me a confirmation from IHG/Holiday Inn. After I drove hundreds of miles they said they were full. All they said for the most part was good luck finding another hotel...that's it! IHG was even worst, they just past the buck blaming each other while the customer got left in the cold. I have never been more disappointed with an 'I can care less attitude that was consistent through the entire process! I'm revoking my membership and will tell every co-worker and road warrior to the same.

My family and I love staying at the Holiday Inn while we are in Dayton. Staff is always friendly upon check-in and check out. The breakfast area is always clean and the food options are great. The rooms are always clean!

Not at par with other Holiday Inn Express locations I’ve stayed at. Room was dirty (carped needed serious vacuuming and had lots of stains). Bathtub had long hair from somebody. Bathroom sink countertop was nasty. Bathroom fan was super noisy. On checkout, front desk didn’t care to ask if everything went fine.
