Best Western Dayton

Would've loved to stay here again as it would've been a 5 star rating. Now? Screw them! They charged me a $50 pet fee FOR A PET I DIDNT HAVE!!!! The room smelled like a dog when I got there, which fine I can deal with that, but they CHARGED ME for a dog I didn't have!!!! Stay away from this place. Go next door for a bit more. Updated rating: They called me back and are Removing the charge.

It's literally the worst Best Western I've been to. We didn't stay. As I arrived on property, I drove throughout the property, and it wasn't well kept. Several workers/migrants workers out in the property, and upon going into the lobby, it was immaculate like other Best Westerns we've stayed at. Facility just didn't have a good vibe with it. Would not stay here, obviously, and from what I've seen, the rooms would probably have been an issue as well. I say that as, in my opinion, if the grounds and lobby are not acceptable, how can the room have been.

You can tell they don't get a high volume of travelers when we got to breakfast there wasn't much left they made sure to make enough for our big group of 16 to have plenty of food service was fantastic

Positive: Reasonable price Negative: Tons of ants around the sink, undercooked biscuits at breakfast and no washcloths in the room.

Definitely recommend. They were so friendly and the whole place is well kept, very clean, and everything works in the rooms. They offered us an anglers discount, had parking for vehicles with boat trailers, and had poles close so people can charge their boat batteries. Prices are more than reasonable especially considering the experience was A+++.
