Customer Reviews
I’ve stayed in a couple different Comfort Inns and this was one of the nicer ones. The room was spacious enough to open my large suitcase and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. The customer service was lovely; Malique at the front desk was very helpful and attentive to me and my company by making sure all our needs were met. Breakfast wasn’t outstanding, but was still your average continental meal.
Staff were super nice and accommodated us very well! Unfortunately the room wasn’t cleaned to its full potential, we found 2 pills lying next to the fridge on the carpet and a bug on the bed. Our tv did not work, the pool was super cold almost like an ice bath and there was no Chlorine in the pool or hot tub.
Positive: Proximity to the airport. Negative: The pool and hot tub were not working which was why we chose this hotel, very frustrating. The hotel desperately needs an update—the pictures are deceptive. The rooms felt outdated and dirty—didn’t feel good staying here.
What the hell is going on here?!!! If you think the bad reviews on here are just flukes, think again because I had two rooms on two different floors on the same day and they were both disgusting. The first room I checked into (207) had a chunk of a fried potato with a cluster of hair stuck to it in the middle of the floor. There were hairs, both human and animal covering the linens inside and out. The leisure chair had hairs on it and dirt and stains. The computer chair was covered in glitter. The alarm clock and wooden tables were coated with hair and dust. The drapes had huge stains all over them. The second room (125), after complaining to the front desk, also had pubic hairs and animal hairs on the beds, just to a lesser extent. The walls in the bathroom were vandalized, which nobod
Only reason I'm not completely satisfied is the hot tub wasn't hot, more like Luke warm (two others complained while in it as well) but otherwise it's close to the airport and conveniently located near many things you might need. Rooms are comfy and clean and love the indoor pool area.
