Colton Point Motel

We loved staying here! The setting is amazing. The location is perfect: between Colton Point State Park and Wellsboro, with several restaurants nearby. The room was clean and nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the motel grounds, which included a small lake to fish in! If we return to the area, we will stay here again.

This is such a hidden gem. They have the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The rooms are very clean. The site manager is incredibly hospitable. She gave us her personal number to call if we needed anything and she gave us awesome recommendations for things to do around town. 10/10.

Clean, cozy and quaint. Kayla was excellent at communicating and taking care of my check-in. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, and shower had hot water. I was there to hike the area over the weekend and hands down will be staying there again.

Room was clean, staff was nice, location is great. Had the breakfast one morning, it was ok. Husband did some fishing in the pond out back. We rented e-bikes less than 5 minutes down the road and had a great time. I would recommend this place and stay again.

20250922 We had to make a last minute change and we are so glad we did! We only stayed one night as we were moving on the next day. The room was very relaxing, clean, and well supplied. Kayla was so nice and helpful. She provided us with a wonderful breakfast (extra cost, but well worth it).
