Canyon Country Campground & Glamping

Our stay at Canyon Country Campground & Glamping was absolutely wonderful from the start to finish. We stayed in one of the large A-Frame Cabins and it was amazing! The cabins and clubhouse/ game room areas were spotless, beautifully maintained and very thoughtfully decorated- the well chosen furnishings, bedding, and all other accessories were chosen to feel luxurious, yet close to nature. The A -Frame cabin was so comfortable and cozy with all brand new , modern amenities- felt like a boutique hotel! The outdoor area was also beautiful! Everything that we needed to build cozy fires in the fire pits was readily available. Several of our friends also rented cabins the same weekend and the staff was extremely accommodating, providing cabins in the same area and providing plenty of chairs,

Had a wonderful experience here with my husband and a group of dear friends. From the moment we arrived, we were deeply impressed by the clean & comprehensive cabins. We stayed in the A- frame cabin which was comparable to a 5 star hotel! The views were breathtaking with the hikes being extremely accessible to where we were staying. The amenities, clubhouses & sauna were beautiful. The perfect mix of seclusion & community, not too far from home. Highly recommend for all types of groups & families, and am looking forward to coming back.

Very friendly owner Brian! He was very accommodating. Great location and excellent accommodations| We stayed in a covered wagon| With heat/ac, bathroom shower coffee pot microwave and TV. He is a new owner and doing a fine Job. Highly recommend, Can't wait to see what he does with the place in the future.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The attention to detail was superb. Everything was so clean, organized and very comfortable. Host are very easily accessible and communicate immediately when we contacted them. Hiking trails are easily accessible and the views are spectacular. The camp ground is quiet and feels very safe. It was definitely my idea of camping! My family and I can’t wait to stay here again and are looking forward to the wonderful attention we received during at stay.

Our first time booking any stay through Virbo, this experience would definitely have us try it again. As for the Canyon Country facilities and staff, we absolutely can recommend them. The cabin was modern, very well appointed, and clean. The staff was great with communication before we even left to head there and on site they were really nice and accommodating. Answered all of our questions, and offered great suggestions for seeing the sites around the area as well as good recommendations for where to go in Wellsboro for a meal. The campground is a beautiful place to getaway and unwind while enjoying some of the best views and natural areas in PA. 10/10 would recommend and my wife and I are looking forward to returning at some point in the future for another stay.
