Coldwater Inn & Suites

Low budget hotel, looks terrible from the outside. Bare minimum here. Basic linen and rooms. Nice woman at service desk. Just by observing.. looks like people are living here as well. Smelled cooking food in the hallways, they have a washer and dryer next to the lobby. HUGE truck friendly parking lot. Overall would I return? No, unless the surrounding hotels were full or were overpriced for that particular night.

First, this is an inexpensive motel that was clean. Gentleman working the front desk was very nice. Many of the surfaces are in desperate need of replacement.||Room was big. Has refrigerator, microwave, TV, and good WiFi. No coffee maker. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. ||Could hear all movement upstairs. Common areas smell of smoke.

Upon arrival the front desk area/entrance smelled of weed. The mattress was covered in stains and was as hard as the floor, the white sheets had stain on them, the bathroom was clean..no hair in the shower, the floors creaked when people walked upstairs, seemed to be in a sketchy neighborhood and we stood waiting for a good 15 minutes waiting on someone to get out of bed so we could check out. There is semi truck & trailer parking in between this hotel and another (looked nicer) that is right next door. Overall, I would NOT stay here again..place really needs to be inspected and temporarily closed down! Paid $66 for a king bed for one night..checked in close to midnight..out by 5:30am.

The front desk person was very helpful and accomodating. I was even offered a lower rate upon check-in than originally quoted. The place was a bit dated, could have used some newer towels but otherwise satisfactory.

This place was clean, but old and in need of updating, however, even with all the no smoking signs displayed the nigh clerk was smoking in the office which was open to the front desk. They did not provide a senior discount unless you were AARP many of us are not, but if you're a truck driver you could stay there for $49 a night. The rest of us pay $67 the accommodations were only worth $49 if that. They did not give Windham points because of a dispute with management, the room smelled of smoke, the bed was hard and the pillows thin, the next morning no breakfast or even donuts were provided. I've stayed at the Comfort Inn where, for the same price the bed was comfortable, the pool beautiful and warm, the place was clean and the breakfast fantastic. Bypass this motel unless your a trucker l
