Best Western Plus Coldwater Hotel

Very impressed. Beautiful atmosphere and very clean. The breakfast bar did not disappoint. The staff was very nice and all were extremely professional with smiles. I was impressed with the gym, pool and hot tub. I went there on a business trip and was really comfortable. I'll be sure to return again.

Pros: The room was mostly clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. There was a pool and hot tub.|Cons: The Jets in the hot tub didn't work and the pool was super cold. Found a hair in the shower. Had to ask for bedding and make the pull-out sofa bed ourselves.

Stayed here for work, its okay. Wouldn't be my first choice but there wasn't much around. Housekeeping is really good. Front desk workers were very courteous. My room was cleaned everyday.

Positive: "" Negative: The carpet was stained and needed stretching/replacing. The furniture was worn. We could hear the guests in the room above us when they got up early in the morning because the ceiling was creaking and groaning with every step they took. It was quite loud!

This might be the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in 🤢. It's clear nothing has been actually cleaned. The vinyl floor (1st floor room) was sticky and socks were BLACK after walking on it. Curtains are caked in dust, bugs on the ceiling, mysterious stain on chair, and it smells like it hasn't been cleaned since the 90s. If you have allergies/asthma, this is not the place for you. This is how bad our 2nd room was, the first one was worse. I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean it myself. Only plus is that it's dog friendly.
