Save your money. This place is a joke. Tv’s didnt work and when we contacted owner he did nothing to resolve it. We were supposed to check in by 4 but were told we couldnt get in until 5. But they were quick to tell us we still had to be out by 10. When we couldnt get the dining room light on, he told us you had to have 3 switches in the on position….one in the bedroom, one in the hall and one in the dining room. Actually they were reversed and had to all be in the off position but how insane is it to be wired like this. Paid $150 cleaning fee and wasn’t even very clean. Something sticky on the dining table and walls are very dirty. When we went to bed it broke and we had to prop it up. And we are average size people, so wasn’t our weight that caused it. Appeared to have been broken before

Avoid this place – scam This property is a complete scam. After booking through Booking.com, the owner contacted me directly asking for payment via Zelle or for my credit card information over the phone. Booking.com already processes the payment, so this request was a huge red flag. When I refused to send money outside the platform, the owner canceled the reservation anyway. This feels like an attempt to bypass Booking.com’s protections and pressure guests into unsafe payment methods. Do not stay here. Do not send money via Zelle. Protect yourself and book somewhere legitimate.

Look at photos. This was a unsafe rental. Please look at photos you decide. Bedding soft. Two out of three fire detectors not working. Broken glass in front yard. Jagged front porch entry. No grab bars in bathtub/ shower . I felt this was one of worst stays I have had||

We stayed here for little over a week. It is clean and comfortable, some stains on the walls. Bedding is clean. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants etc. Not close to the beach, you need to drive. Family neighborhood and feels safe. Only issue is the washer stopped working right as I put in my clothes so I had to walk 20 minutes to laundromat to wash my clothes that were still soaking wet. Been 5 days still not fixed. Owner said part was ordered. I do appreciate he came by in person though during the cold spell to make sure we had plenty of bedding and knew how to work thermostat

Disappointing Experience - Not as Advertised We rented this property for one night and unfortunately had to leave as soon as we walked in. The images posted online were misleading and appeared to be heavily edited, as the property did not match what we expected. Upon arrival, the place felt unkempt and not properly maintained. There was no lock on the bathroom door, which made us feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the sheets in the living room were used, further adding to our discomfort. To make matters worse, check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM according to their email, but when we arrived past 4 PM, there were still people cleaning the property. This was highly unprofessional and added to our negative experience. Given all of these issues, we felt it was impossible to stay the night a
