CoCo Key Resort and Water Park Orlando

Honestly 5 star for the staff, nice people👌 even the timeshare sales was pretty nice (yes there is holiday inn timeshare guys there who will trap you) . This place is located on the strip so it’s very convenient to go anywhere esp universal or seaworld(also a walgreen and AVIS down the street) However, I did swap room once because of noise at night from the smoke pit. People having a great noisy time at 2-5am and i got semi hotboxed by the secondhand smoke. House keeping will come everyday, which surprises me. But the rooms are run down. Both rooms i stayed were so run down that it smells like wet socks when AC/heat or fan is on. Ontop of that, the floors were not cleaned ever. The slippers were brought turned pitch black when we are leaving. Both rooms had no washroom ventilation so when

good location that is walkable to a lot of places to eat and shop. As far as theme parks, might be a little far. Rooms are a bit dated but they're trying. Bathroom shower looks completely new. Flooring inside room is new. Only had 1 working elevator in our building so.. Great for families with young kids as the water park/slides are attached. We had 5 adults in our party. My 1 son slept on pull out couch prob from the 80s. He's young so he's able to recover

We enjoyed our stay at Coco Key Water Resort in Orlando! The theming is great and the kids LOVED the waterpark! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived and were greeted by two friendly gentlemen at the front desk. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very helpful. I can’t remember what the gentleman‘s name was that checked us in but he was excellent. Breakfast at Tradewinds was a bonus! There was an expansive buffet, and the kids were thrilled! Our server, Sandra was extremely courteous, kind, and helpful! We will be back!

We had a great stay here, the staff was very friendly especially Julissa. She helped us get everything we needed and check our bags while we waited. The Waterpark was a lot of fun and even got a workout in at their gym. I recommend this place for anyone especially with family. We were here on a travel volleyball tournament and the while team had a very fun time.

It was horrible, I attempted 3 times to call the hotel and email them to cancel my reservations. I have never called a hotel reservations line and got a voice message machine to leave a message. I even emailed them and not response. I stated a week in advance - and they would not reply at all. The phone just rang and rang. I was supposed to be attending a convention but last minute plans changed. I would not recommend anyone stay there. Even some of the pictures look shady. Very disappointed in this from a hotel.
