Club Wyndham Pagosa

Overall, our stay was amazing, and the property itself was exactly what we were hoping for. My only concern was that we were on a romantic getaway, while the guests directly below us had small children. As a mother myself, I completely understand that children will play and cry; however, the level of noise did impact the experience and disrupted the atmosphere we were seeking. I did reach out to management, and while they were responsive initially, communication did stop after a period of time. I would recommend that future reservations be grouped more intentionally—such as placing families with children together—especially since guests are asked to share the purpose of their stay during the booking process. This small adjustment could significantly improve the experience for all guests. T

Emberle and Kyle seriously made our whole vacation the best it could have possibly been with accommodations. It was the perfect distance from everything. We skiied on Wolf Creek and it's only 38 minutes. We will come back again and again.

Everyone was so nice! Kyle was great. We were able to rent movies, wash our clothes right in our room, and enjoy the amazing amenities of the resort.

Positive: Fantastic condo Negative: my cousin Verona Snow spent Saturday night with me 10/11 to 10/ 12 to go to Church on Sunday. She fell out of the shower on Sunday 10/12 because there was no Bath mat or grips on the tub. She fell out on the floor and injured her tailbone.

We had an incredible trip, from the start Mary in particular, was able to help set it above with what I would label as difficult and exceptional requests for help. The interiors on some units are slightly dated but all are maintained very well. We were in the Eagles nest this time. The overall design feels large at first but is slightly smaller than it feels like it should be (can't move around the dining room table, the bed cramps the master bedroom and is only a queen... just small nit picky details).
