Club Wyndham Orlando International

Upon arrival it looked like a 5 star hotel. The staff up front were friendly and helpful. Then you move from the lobby and you instantly see why they have low stars. The hallway and rooms have a smell. The rooms are clean but run down. We had a mishap in the 1st day and the maintenance man Vincent went above and beyond to help us. I wish I could give him 5 stars. He was amazing and helped us solve our issue quickly. They advertise Starbucks. It’s not, they told me they “ brew” for Starbucks. They do not have 1/2 the drinks or the capability to make them, not the sizes of the cups either. The lady at the counter was rude. They do not accept your Starbucks app.. nothing. My child and I had the best time ever. This place is absolutely fabulous! The staff is absolutely fabulous and so helpful! This staff was on it , they are amazing! ||Kaniya, Violet, Demi, Janelle, AyAnna, Orlando, and the entire staff are all incredible and making it happen!!! Always having fun activities happening. The grounds are kept up beautifully! Absolutely loved where we stayed! SO CLEAN!! ||WE HAD AN INCREDIBLE AMAZING TIME!!||We look forward to coming back! Basic 2 bedroom. Worked very nice for what we did. Very close to Universal. Pool was heated that was nice. Bed was comfortable livingroom furniture not comfortable for me.

Really enjoyed our stay, loved that it was like a full apartment with well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Close to everything on International drive and spotlessly clean. Would definitely return

Negative - On checking in we paid for X2 nights for parking our rental car. I noticed on arrival home my Revolut had been charged for an additional X5 extra parking nights (@$15 per night- $75)when we made it clear we were only renting a car for X2 nights. I am unable to find a specific email address to contact the property & was put on hold for a long period of time after explaining my issue over the phone. I trust the property sees this review and takes action to refund swiftly(we stayed in room 201 from 9th-16th August). |Additionally, the internet reception was also very intermittent throughout our stay.||Positives- a fantastic base for accessing Universal parks via Uber.
