Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon

The rooms were near perfect. They were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities if home. My only complaint is that they could have been more well insulated for sound because we could hear a lot of noise from our neighbors. The service was good except that we did not get into our room until 45 minutes after check in and when we called about it they just said that check in time starts at 4 but it room isn't guaranteed to be ready then. The strangest part was that we be it was in the ground floor if building d so we were there for that 45 minutes and there was none that was in or out of the room we were eventually told was ours during that time.

This was the 8th year in a row that we have been coming. The staff are wonderful, and we always enjoy the waterparks and Arcade. This year, we did not feel our room was up to par. Starting with check-in, we did not get a room until after 5 pm on Sunday when we checked in. That was after I went back to the desk at 5:15 to see how much longer it was going to be. I was told, "Oh, it's ready. I think we just forgot to text you". In our room, we were provided with a towel with holes in it. The dishwasher was not working, Finally, I figured out I needed to turn the valve on to let the water flow. These are just some minor housekeeping issues, and this is the first year we have not been excited about our room. The pools were all clean, and the water temperature was perfect. If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here two years ago and was conned into buying more ownership with Wyndham. I was completely misguided and lied to. Making me feel like they were looking out for my bed interest when In fact they are just trying to make a sale. I’m back two years later (only because I’m stuck as an “owner” with Wyndham) and again they have misinformed me. I took the “free gift” and when I realized I had to attend their upsale seminar I came back with my “free gift” which was $150 resort dollars and asked that they refund my card back which they charged me $150 for. They said they will not unless I go to their upsale seminar. I told them I do not want or cannot afford to own more Wyndham time share so why would I go? They won’t refund me my money for a “free gift” that

I absolutely detest the high pressure sales people pushing predatory timeshares. It has really put a damper on two vacations now. Aside from that the facilities are okay and we stayed in the Presidential suite which was really nice. Everything is extremely overpriced so just plan for that. All in all okay, but now that my kids are older, it will probably be our last visit.

Check-in was a breeze. I think this resort is rhe nicest snd the most modern out of the resorts/indoor waterpark attachments in the area. We stayed at the deluxe 2 bedroom suite..Rooms were clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer are super convenient. Especially after spending days at waterparks. Waterpark access is a few minutes walk and taking the shuttle is another option. Overall i had a really great experience there would stay there again
