Club Sea Oats

I have maintained my ownership status, yet the property has fallen into a state of complete dereliction. For the past 36 months, management has effectively barred access to the units, providing no opportunity for use. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the holding company to discuss a formal surrender of my deed, they remain entirely unresponsive. At this stage, I have no interest in retaining my involvement with the 'club sea oats or the property as a whole, and I am seeking an immediate exit.-

No details to share with you on my last trip to CLUB SEA OATS because it was over three years ago. The place is in total repair. We haven’t been allowed to use our timeshares for at least three years and we can’t get any response from the holding company to get rid of our our timeshares. I’m concerned they can have it. I’ve been an owner since 1999 but I have no interest in club seat seats anymore.
