Wonderful stay!! The pillows on the beds were amazing, and we were so thankful for the sound machine. Best we’ve slept in a hotel in a long time!! Clean and nice staff. Well lit parking lot. Felt safe. Easy check in and great price!

Great location on North Monroe. We were close to all the restaurants. Nice and friendly staff. Check in was easy and check out was super fast. Deposit was returned to my card on the next business day. Room was clean and the bathroom was artistic and beautiful. Ac worked great and the room got super cold. Decor inside the establishment was very fun. I enjoyed the aroma in the hallway. Parking was spacious. People mind their business and there wasn’t loitering around the place.

Positive: Largest flat screen TV than any other hotel. Easy Internet access and ability to watch many apps on the TV. The beds are very comfortable and they give you plenty of towels. Negative: Everything was great!!

It seems like the community area is run down, every place is showing their age. The Clarion was not much better. The interior was a clash of eccentric and poorly painted. The inside of the elevator was decorated with a world map on the walls. The second floor, carts in the hallway, uneven carpeting, bright colored walls. The room was large, queen beds small, almost felt like a full size, open shelving and hanging space next to the mini fridge and microwave. None of the light fixtures matched. A rolling barn door was used to enclose the bathroom area, the back of the toilet had a sign "💩 Good by", tacky to say the least. Little signs everywhere, l like the "no hangers" signs next to the fire sensors. A little poetic note next to the tub and shower area, describing wet floors create slip haz

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant, though she worked incredibly slow. The place is bizarrely decorated - almost creepy. Carpet is old, dirty, and disgusting. My room was muggy and smelly. The mattress was way too soft and super hot. The polyester bedding was miserably hot. The AC kept going on and off. The TV only had cable channels - no streaming. Under the mattress pad was a huge brownish-reddish stain, about two feet in diameter. I could hear TVs in other rooms and to my astonishment, someone snoring a floor below me. This was literally hell for someone with my nervous system. I just checked out at 11:30 and slept in my car. Don't believe the 8.4 rating on Expedia - that's what misled me into booking in the first place.
