the lady who was doing check ins clearly did not want to be there. i know it sucks to work customer service, but you could at least do the basic niceties of a hello? aside of that, the room was fine and clean. the hotel was nearly empty during my stay, but i guess when more people started checking in, they got clustered together because someone got put in the room next to mine and i could hear them talking pretty clearly, especially since this is a hotel that has a door between the rooms. i could also hear people stomping upstairs, but it's fine and didn't happen super late so it wasn't really that big of a deal. Just be warned if you're a light sleeper.

check in was fast and efficient-with cookies and lemonade. beds comfy. Loved all the extra pillows on the bed. Rooms clean. staff friendly. cute little bar with happy hour 6-7pm. I would have given a 10 but the AC shut off in middle of night. then came back on in the am.

Our experience overall was good. the room was clean and the pool was nice and clean. the hotel was convenient to restaurants. Kids running the halls at night only downside.

Honestly great hotel for the price. They didn’t really offer a late check out but it was cheap enough we just booked two nights. It was also dog friendly and it’s only $10 per night for your pet. We wanted to be near the antelope canyon tour company we were going with and this hotel was a 1 minute drive from where we needed to be in the morning. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to do Antelope Canyon or Horseshoe Bend as it’s a wonderful location.
