Clarion Hilton/Macabre Faire Film Fest

I recently stayed at the Clarion Hotel in Ronkonkoma, NY, and overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Long Island Expressway and close to the Ronkonkoma Train Station, making it a great spot for both travelers and those looking to explore the Long Island area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay pleasant. I appreciated the spacious layout and the thoughtful touches, like the comfortable bedding and the good-sized desk, which was perfect for catching up on work. Did not feel safe here at all and would never voluntarily stay here. Did an express deal on Priceline since it was the cheapest option and needed a room last minute. Had to have a friend meet me there. I felt so unsafe and had such an uneasy feeling in my stomach that I sat in my car with the doors locked for hours until my friend got there. Never again

This “hotel” has terrible customer service. Air conditioners that don’t work, dingy carpet throughout the hotel, mold and mildew. It is in a generally run down condition. Was told they would change my room and then told they had nothing available after contacting the front desk again after they failed to even bother calling me back. I’ll stay at a Rodeway before this place.

A really bad King Size back breaking bed.I could feel metal bars when I laid down.I parked in a handicap parking spot.We all had 15 feet of 2ft high packed snow in our path to the one paved lane.They also raised the rates on my on my 3 day stay. From $80 to $115 a day and said when I asked why we always raise the rates when people desperately need a place to stay.

Ridiculous! Extremely rude employees and filthy. Literally put me and my babies in a room that looked like it was used for a quick visit by someone else. They advertise a pool and breakfast but don't tell you it is not in fall and weekends. Hmmm, really? Renaissance is 365 pool along with many others. This is false advertising at it's worse. Try not to step on dry urine. Bleach stained carpets. Cracked,pealing ceilings or dirty stained sheets.
