City RV Parks

I come here alot, because of work. I think it's really ridiculous that the bathrooms are now closed from 6pm-6am. Alot of people don't get off work until 10pm. The manager of the park Mr. Jimmy is very rude. To be working with the public. Mr. Jimmy has a real snotty attitude. I think I will find another RV park to stay at.

We stayed here in April 2024 for my sons tennis tournament. It was extremely convenient to the courts. Is it a resort? No, but we felt safe and had everything we needed. They do have some long term tenants, but everyone was kind and welcoming. They had a wonderful space to walk our dogs. We would stay here again; as a matter of fact we plan to stay here next year for the same event.

The park is in a dark side of town but the management does not like anyone but white southern people if he likes them. He's nosey as hell and has to be in command. I've backed my 5th wheel camper more miles than most pull there's forward. Especially him but when putting it in the site he was satisfied only when I allowed him to tell me how to put it in the site. Of course I paid his instructions no mind and put it where it needed to be my way. I stayed there for about 3 months and have had enough of him. 6 am during the week or weekend he had his helper running a Leif blower right outside my window or a mower or weed eater. Don't think you can work on your personal vehicle or even check the fluid levels without him having something to say about it. So if your car breaks on your lot don't e

It is a very nice place weither long term or not. Quite place, not like some RV areas where there are crazies walking in and out, throughout at all hours of the night. Very highly trusted! No thievery, I sleep very well at night knowing my stuff is safe outside. Lots of beautiful trees to listen to the birds in and drink my coffee outside in the mornings.

We were riding through the area and needed a place to stay for just the night. It was a Saturday night and I was afraid I wouldn't find a place that took Passport America with an opening. I called and they said to come on, no problem! ||It was not difficult to find with GPS but had to drive through a neighborhood close to it, we were not sure it was leading us in the right direction. But, it was. ||When entering there are signs to park wherever you like then call the host and they come to you. That was very convenient!||At first glance, you see many people love there permenatly. It looked more like a trailer park. We found a pull through and called. The host met us and gave us paperwork to complete and the wifi password.||The wifi was great! We has a great connection the entire
