Cimy's Motel

My son currently stays here and states that manager ricky is openly rude to guests. She will go inside your room without you knowing be very careful ( you’ve been warned) if you have a choice do not stay here as the lady named ricky is a shady person. Also make sure you don’t get any packages delivered here as she will open them.

Good place. Rooms are clean. Been here for a week and haven't seen any bugs at all. The manager is nice. No one bothers you it's a peaceful area really close to Clearwater Beach. And prices are decent.

Ricky is one of the best landlords I've ever had. The place is well kept and the price is right. That's why I and my girlfriend have been here over a year and don't plan on leaving.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The manager has got to be the most absolutely disgusting and nasty woman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They charge entirely to much for a room the size of most people's bathrooms with outdated tvs with the big boxes on the back and lines through the screen. Then the bugs. Omg the bugs. Then she has rules for u like ur her child not her tenant. And today as I was packing my things she came n knocked 15 minutes before 11, (i was thinking checkout was at 12, but I was wrong oh well I'm still leaving just a lil faster now) saying if u don't have rent money then in 15 minutes I'm packing this room up myself! And tbh I went off. Who r u and y do u think ur gonna touch my things while I'm packing them myself??? Uhhh nooo honey. Not today.

Rikki was a mean lady! I swear! She kicked us out 3 or 4 days after we moved in because she said we caused too many problems. She had a chair outside of her office that she said was community chairs so we grabbed one and put it outside our door to sit for a little then we were gonna put it back, we had a very rude phone call that have profanity and disrespectful words she said to a child. We will deal with a problem if there is one, just dont be so rude. Also when we got there, the first night we sleped there we noticed in the morning we had bed bug bites everwhere! So maybe the law should be involved and will most likely be. Do not stay here!!!!
