Owner has done a lot to improve the property. He has made a dog run, so you can play with your pet, without a leash, if others are not around. He gated the community, I'm not sure why, but I think it is a plus. They made access to the water, at your own risk of course. Washers and Dryers work very well. Bathrooms are clean and showers are hot. Internet is awesome. Plus, many other amenities. They even have a pool table in the office, that is cool. I did not use it, but it is cool. They have spacious tent camping plus Air bnb rentals. Management is very kind and helpful. Park is very clean. I was a monthly tenant here and I would definitely recommend a stay here more than any other park in Klamath. Despite other things, I was a very happy camper in my 5th wheel. Kathleen
Not a resort but an ok stop. With so many other options in the area can’t say I’d return. Many sites are buddy, all are slim and had the park been full we wouldn’t have fit, dog area was nice, “amenities” only available for 2 two hour shifts a day while we were out exploring and because of that shouldn’t be listed as amenities. Did the job, no issues with functional hookups, work campers were helpful and other guests were nice and welcoming.
Arrived 3-15-25 day later ploblems started. Sewer water started coming up out of the ground right in my camp under the table, wifi is unusable it's so bad at times. Then they moved me so they could dig it up and find why they had to run a sewer snake through the drains 6-7 times a day. All the septics are to small and begin flow over when I was there. Then they was digging up the ground to fix sewer pipes and hit an electrical service conduit feeding the whole middle row where there is the bathrooms that keep getting backed up and closed every other day. One of the workers there explained to me that when it got dug up and they had the pipe fixed that was leaking above ground, explained they had a hard time fixing it cause all the plumbing was made out of a paper material and it is collapsi
We were upgraded to Meadowview because the Riverview VRBO had a broken refrigerator. The mobile home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a den. The location was perfect. One of the two drive thru a Redwood tree is 1.8 miles away. The Trees of Mystery were about 5 miles away. Walking trails weren’t far either. We enjoyed our stay.
The photos show the best parts and leave out the permanent residents. I felt unsafe and left after 30 mins. One of the other guests/residents could hardly control her larger dogs. I felt like she was about to be drug across the campground by her dogs.
