Chautauqua Suites Hotel & Expo Center

Nice room setup for two...it is almost like 2 bedrooms. Limited service everywhere, front desk, cleaning, breakfast etc. But hey they were nice when you could find them, this is smalltown. Lots of parking. Walk to parks and Institute

Elevator broke was staying on third floor had move to second floor. Had room with direct view ended up field view. Asked for some type compensation they said you’d have talk to manager. Problem being manager won’t return calls they won’t give his name. Girl at desk talked to him he said not his fault elevator broke. Well it’s not my fault. I would have hoped they would’ve offered me something or at least talk to me. Never seen a hotel manager that wouldn’t talk to you. I would have been happy if they offered me some compensation on my next stay. Very disappointed in management. I won’t stay there or recommend friends or family to.

Room was very nice, full bathroom with shower and separate smaller bathroom with sink and toilet. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but had a great selection of cereals, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, breads and milk.

Ive stayed here in the past but just recently stayed again. What a great place. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a great breakfast...plenty of parking too. Good job Chautauqua Suites.

Not what we thought it would be like. Rooms and bathrooms are small. We opted for a queen size bed which had a sitting room for a bit more space. Bathroom not equipped with shower soap, we had to use the tiny soap provided at the sink. Bring your own! No where to sit outside end enjoy the view of the lake. Value for the price is poor.
