The hotel is in a perfect location in between Camelback snow tubing, and Camelback ski Lodge. You could walk to the ski area from the hotel, although it would be uphill, but you would save yourself a headache of the traffic in the area and not finding parking.||There was plenty of parking at the hotel and the lobby is nice and bright. There is a lovely restaurant downstairs with a buffet breakfast.|They did have a pool, but we did not check it out. ||Otherwise, the hotel was very dated with an 80s feel and worn carpeting leading down a dimly lit hallway to your room rooms. Some of the buttons for the elevators did not work. ||The best part of the room was the beds were very comfortable and we had a view overlooking the mountain. My husband booked this room through Bookings.com for our family of six. The room and location are beautiful, and we loved the two-floor suite. However, upon entering the building, we noticed broken garbage bins on the left-hand side, and as we walked toward the elevator, there was a noticeable smell of mold. The elevator is old but still functional. Shortly after turning on the ceiling fan in our room, I began experiencing shortness of breath and itchy chest and back. It was around midnight, and after a long day at a waterpark and shopping, I tried to rest, but the symptoms worsened. I discovered thick dust on the fan, turned it off, and opened the window, but after 45 minutes, I still could not sleep and had to sleep in the car. The place is a little bit run down cuz I'm sure it's older but it could not have been in a better spot. The people were awesome and everything was clean so I don't have any complaints. I really enjoyed my stay here. Shout out to the bartenders. Oh and they're dog friendly. We'll be back.

I have stayed 2 night on 2 separate weekends. The employees are nice and I got my room set up very quickly. The proximity to camelback was AMAZING, I will say this is a very very old hotel. If you are looking to just spend the night and leave this is the spot but if you want all the amenities this isn’t the place. Overall, I would recommend staying and would return back.

This hotel is conveniently near camelback. And for what it is is great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Yes in most areas, the hotel needs some upgrading and the rooms are a little dated. But it didnt matter much. We are there for the Poconos not the hotel
