Chateau Inn & Suites

I would give it 0 stars if I could for service and rooms. On the heater/AC it had a note that said "Sweetly broken" they give you your remote to you at the desk... kind of weird. TV doesn't load. Furniture is broken, towels dirty. No soap, conditioner, shampoo, etc. The pool is tiny and pretty cold. Very sketchy people everywhere. There isn't even a lobby, and not in a building. COCKROACHES WERE EVERYWHERE. When we asked them to move us to a new hotel they said they'd call back... Never did! I highly recomend NOT staying here! Very negative experience. 😞

We stayed in the room across from the office and on Firestone (although there are no windows facing the street). The hotel was quiet. The front desk worker was very pleasant. There were computer problems but he let us check in until the problems were worked out. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The linens looked like they had some wear. The pool was clean and blue but the concrete was a little old. I checked out at 10 and didnt see any breakfast. Comfort Inn down the street is nicer but this was a good value. Note: you enter the parking lot through an alley right when you turn into the hotel. Parking is in the back.

Positive: "" Negative: No soap, or shampoo, no wast basket, poor maintenance , dirty. This was not a 2 star Hotel as you rated it?

This place is the definition of NEGATIVE 5 Stars. Unless you’re doing business with an escort, you would be better off sleeping in a tent. Immediately upon walk in the first thing we see on the floor are roaches. Roaches did not attempt to hide nor scatter. They stayed roaming the floor as if they own the place. Everywhere and every inch of the room. Bedspreads were very filthy. Has stains on both of them. Lots of cigarette burns on the sheets. Furniture seem to be donated furniture from recycled wood. Everything falling apart. I’ve attached photos of the AC, which was already missing the whole cover when we got in the room. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, she tried to have the maintenance on site place a cover on it. Which she was unsuccessful at doing because it didn’t f

This place was disappointing. I come from far away, and once I arrived at the motel, the restroom was filled with water, not sure from what. There were dirty socks behind the door in the restroom. The heart-shaped Jacuzzi was a good laugh, but the place was so run down. The lady at the front had an attitude because we didn’t want the room after all. I will not be visiting another run-down motel like this.
