Chateau Inn and Suites

This is the 2nd time in 6 months I stayed at this hotel, both were awesome experiences! The staff members are incredible super nice and willing to help in anyway they can!! Love the coffee in the morning and fresh lemon and cucumber water available 24/7. Plenty of ice was always available and easily accessible. The cleaning staff are thorough and very accommodating. Every room in this Beautiful older hotel are nicely decorated and each room has there one personality. Based on your stay you can choose a room with cooking options, two room suite, 2 beds vs 1. I stayed in 2 different rooms each stay and loved both. The only complaint I have is the parking! The only days the parking was an issue for us was Friday and Saturday night if they were completely booked. You can park at the train stat

What a pleasant, classy, relaxing retreat. The Inn beautifully represented the shore town vibe. Quiet, well appointed, very clean, great attention to detail. Lovely, nicely decorated rooms and lobby. Fantastic location -especially for daily walks around the lake or to the ocean. The coffees and flavored carafes of water were a nice touch. All the staff we encountered were kind, professional and helpful. Looking forward to staying again on our next visit to NJ.

The Chateau Inn and Suites is a beautiful property with so much charm. It’s super quaint, cute, and thoughtfully maintained, making for a really pleasant stay. The location is perfect, just minutes from town and very close to the beach, with easy access to all the local amenities. Everything felt peaceful and convenient, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely, well located spot in Spring Lake.

over the years, I've stayed in several places in the Spring Lake area; some were just fine, others I really liked...this was my first visit to Chateau Inn and Suites and I can say with confidence that I'll never stay anyplace else when visiting this area of the Jersey Shore...our suite was beautiful: large and bright, with a great bed, bath with Jacuzzi, wet bar, beautiful tin ceiling, and sparklingly clean...there was a lovely sitting room, separated by French doors, with a gas fireplace that was easy to use, a very comfy leather sofa, coffee table, and desk...there were TVs in both rooms and beautiful chandeliers hanging from both tin ceilings. the staff was super friendly and super professional...the location was perfect; everything you'll need is nearby... all in all, an excellent stay

This hotel is marketed as “the #1 hotel in Spring Lake.” If that is truly the case, I’d recommend visiting any other town along the shore. Based on the online photos and high cost per night (during the off season!), we were expecting a peaceful and cozy couple nights away in a luxury hotel. But there was much left to be desired. I made a note on the “special requests” section of our booking that it was our anniversary, and please help if there was any way to help us make it memorable. With most high end hotels, this is usually met with some sort of special touch. At the Chateau we were given a half-hearted “happy anniversary” at check in and nothing more.
