No table games, you have to manually connect the internet to the TV and the pillows were flat. Otherwise, convenient parking, clean/comfortable room with great shower temperature and pressure. The staff was very friendly.

Positive: Clean, friendly Negative: Drinks are weak, limited and far between. Food is not great.

Getting there almost gave me a heart attack but all the roads in that part of Colorado are steep and curvy. The room was perfect. Casino employees were pleasant to deal with. The lady at the motel sign in was particularly nice. I didn't get rich on the slots, but they did pay out enough to let me play for a while and have fun and that is all i ever want from a casino. The only complaint I had was the restaurant. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, and the waitress delivered a chicken Caesar salad. I am not a fan of Caesar salad, and the waitress offered to replace it. Turned out they were out of chicken salad, so I was just going to have a big pretzel appetizer. They were out of that too. My truck got hit in their parking garage. I called them twice to get help reviewing their cameras to help me get a description of the vehicle and a plate number. Blew me off both times or their just too lazy to help. Nice to know how much they care about their customers. My husband and I were regulars at the casino but after this, we will not step foot there again.

Kevin from Mid City Grill had the best service! He was very friendly and patient with us when we were ordering. He gave us recommendations and made small talk as well. We definitely enjoyed our meal and the service he provided!
