Awesome a nice stay. Will definitely stay here again. Easy check in and out process. Very clean place and well set-up with the things you'll need for the first night.

Clean and welcoming condo. We stayed in a 3 bedroom with 3 baths and it was glorious to have so much space! The hot tub was not up and running when we visited, but the pool was fantastic. Listening to the river run all night was perfect!! Highly recommended!

Great alternative instead of a hotel for a small family, it set up like a hotel, without the hotel nonsense ( you know it’s clean, also better quality , sq ft, bedding, kitchen ect) I don like how much they ask you to clean before you leave down to taking trash out to dumpster now we just had normal trash nothing crazy but you are paying more than some hotels, what they ask is a bit ridiculous it does has elevators and designed like apartments/hotels . It’s close to everything so it’s very convenient. They would have got 5 stars if we weren’t given as many rules like temp on AC, saying they have a inside pool and didn’t… ect…..

Went to VRBO and they were unable to help. Went to VACASA and they were a delight to deal with even sending maps quest to property. VEBO stepped in to take booking and charge $82 more. Property was nice. Comfortable and well located to all attractions. Will never use VRBO again. Rude and English was their second language so difficult to understand and be understood. We rented this co do for three nights. It was 3 bedroom 3 bath . Immediately upon entering we could tell the co do was unclean . There were stains on the rugs and the condo had a foul odor . We reported the issue and told them that the condo was ran down and unclean . 4 hours later , they came and changed sheets but did nothing about the rugs or the rest of the bedding that appeared dirty . We informed them that we would not be staying there and ask for them to cancel our reservation . They refused . We never stayed at the unit we simply walked in and walked out . Do not stay , you will be disappointed
