Catskill Seasons Inn

Had a great stay, rooms were spacious, very warm, and had a kitchenette. 10 min drive to belleayre mountain. Complimentary continental breakfast (coffee, juice, muffins, cereal and yogurt). The bartender and manager were very friendly. The kids loved playing with captain howdy the pug (he’s there some evenings). The main lodge has a fireplace, free pool table and board games. Will be back again.

Book in the “newer” building IF you must stay here. We stayed in room 4 (old building) it was top 3 most disgusting hotel rooms we have ever stayed in- we walked in to a giant spider on the ceiling (with a shoe print also on ceiling probably from the last guest who had to kill the many bugs inside this room) and 7 ladybugs (that just kept appearing no matter how many times we got rid of them), skid marks on the wall, cobwebs everywhere. Damp smell. Vile. Wish I took more photos because we could have disputed the charge it was so totally unacceptable- but we were so grossed out we tried not to be in there unless we had to.|We called every hotel around, but all were sold out the so we had to stay here 2 nights and neither of us slept more than a couple hours it was so bad. My husband and I ate a casual dinner here last Friday 10/3/25 and had the absolute best time! The bartender couldn't have been nicer and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our dinner (I can't remember her name but she was fantastic!) and we played a few games of free pool before and after our meals in a charming little game room with comfortable lounging and dining areas and a couple of fun retro video games. We had a blast. Most importantly, the food hit the spot - super fresh and delicious (falafel wrap and fish fry) and we really enjoyed the local beer selection too. We will absolutely stop here next time we're in the area and might try their lodging too - looks like they have a nice setup with a pool, fire pits, and hiking trails. We were in the area for a wedding at another site. We stayed here because the prices were best in the area. The rooms are a minimalist's dream. Rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. We got the "lower cost rooms" over the Pub. I think the larger ones may be in the chalet on the hill. You go to these inns for a rustic feel. Don't expect the Ritz. The women that run the place will do whatever it takes to serve you. The Pub has good food at fair pricing with a light breakfast on weekdays. Weekend breakfasts are served in the Pub. Pub has a free pool table. Pool is outside and effected by weather.

Good points...Great bartender, nice friendly atmosphere, good food, large, clean rooms, comfy bed. Not so great....stone parking lot, not good for motorcycles, no hangers in our room. Requested some but never received. Could use more hooks in the bathroom. Our TV did not work but by the time we discovered it, the bartender had left.
