Great place for the price. If you aren't too bougie, then this place really isn't too bad. The rooms are far larger than the average rooms you find at the big name places from tv & Internet ads. My only complaint is that once you step outside the room, you will find yourself in rough territory. It's 'welcome to the jungle baby!"

This is not a place to stay the night. This place is for those who are "for the streets" as they say. Rooms are $40 a night depending on who you are and how your paying, although I'm pretty sure they don't accept anything but cash. It sits on the infamous Scott Street here in Falls Town which is known as a strolling place for the ladies of the night. The only good thing about the place is that it sits right next door to a brand new Dollar General.

These people are so nice ,they go out of their way to help you I give then 5 star rating and I can't wait to go back and stay again.

The room we had was terribly plain, basic. Grounds were clean for the most part. You have to ask the clerk for soap etc so BYO. Check out is promptly at 11 am so be prepared to get chased out.

Do not recommend. No kitchenettes like advertised. Unsavory clientele. Rooms are not maintained.
