Casa Grande Motel

I left the room looking better than I found it..she did everything she could to avoid me to keep the deposit. This place is a hole, and the help aren't helpful..please stop giving her business. Pick any other option, they are fraudulent and taking advantage of customers who keep them in business. The baseline reviews need to start and negative 5 go up to 5.

Had to wait an hour just to get my room after paying for the week and a hundred dollar deposit I still haven't got back. I have called a half a dozen times and either the manager is never there or my phone call goes unanswered. I have stopped by twice with jo luck. The bedspread had multiple cigarette burns throughout it and everything was terrible. The service tge manager the whole experience. Save yourself the hassle and drive a little farther fir better accommodations.

I was visiting friends in the Lancaster area, and was looking for an economical place to lay my head. No frills needed, just clean and comfortable.||||I walked into an office vestibule area that reeked of tobacco smoke. A dog was barking at me thru the door. Eventually, a woman with a cigarette dangling from her mouth came to the window. She advised me she had a room, and it was $60/night. I handed her my card, and she disappeared with it. When she came back, she had added a $1.50 surcharge because "everyone does it". ||||I asked if the room was non-smoking, and was told it was the last one and no. I then asked for a key to examine the room. I was given a key that did not fit the room. When I brought the key back, I was given a motel master key for temp use. I used this to open

A Great little hideaway from hustle and bustle of Sleepy Skankaster. The Owner Dea is great and seems to literally do everything, very nice and accommodating, 5 star customer service is a literal pleasure to be around. The Other one involves other guests in matters not concerning them, puts sinister twist to kind gestures of assistance of which my old lady had offered, I was offended enough to not correct her, and just ate it, as my girl is the type to come across the counter at a McDonald's if her order is wrong. Keep my head down and tow the line.

This motel was recently rebuild after suffering a major fire. The rooms are small but ok. There where enough plugs to plug all of my electronics in for charging. The bed was horrible, lumpy and the pillows where thin. The A/C and Heat both worked fine. The shower had one of those nozzles that would sting and it also sprayed water all over the bathroom, but the water pressure was awesome. The room was clean and no strange odors. The lady that ran the place was kinda gruff but once you got to know her she was alright. No towels or wash cloth. I had to ask for those. The door lock used a real key and I had to make sure the door was locked as I left. I would stay at this hotel again. Also it was a lot cheaper than the other motels in town.
