If I could rate this property a 0, I would. While the backyard is spacious, the owner is extremely dishonest about the condition and maintenance of the home. She charges a cleaning fee, yet the property was far from clean. Upon arrival, I discovered three decomposed iguanas that I was forced to clean up myself. They were in such a state that they had split apart, surrounded by flies and maggots — the smell was unbearable. There were no cleaning supplies provided, so I had to leave and purchase bleach spray, gloves, trash bags, and a broom just to make the space usable. Inside the house, the counters hadn’t been wiped down, and large cushions were left scattered around, clearly from a prior event.
