Worst experience. Rooms were dirty. Pool was dirty. Other guests were loud and obnoxious. 4am in the pool screaming outside our room. Walls are thin you can hear everything all night. Horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. There was no running water, making it impossible to shower or use basic facilities. The bed in the living room is broken, so sleeping is extremely uncomfortable and nearly impossible. The bedroom is dirty, has no window, and the sheets were visibly dirty. The entire place was disgusting and unsanitary. We reported these issues immediately. No one came to check the situation, no repairs were made, and no alternative accommodation or solution was offered. Customer service was completely unresponsive and unhelpful. This property is false advertising. The conditions are unsafe and unacceptable, and they do not match what was advertised at all. Horrible. Photos are enchanced. The rooms look nothing like what is advertised. Do not stay here! Checked in and left 5 minutes after arriving and had to pay for another hotel.

This place is completely unsafe and dirty. They have no management staff on site, and the cleaning staff allow people to access the property without a security code. The rooms are disgusting. The pictures shown on this website are completely misleading and they do not allow guest to post pictures in their reviews. We left after five minutes of entering the room to only take pictures because it was so terrible. We felt very unsafe with the location, parking and the lack of security measures. I would HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST BOOKING WITH THIS PLACE. Management has yet to return repeated calls requesting a refund.

Casa Cordova was perfect for what I needed which was a lovely little getaway by myself. At the beginning I was a little concerned because they did not have a front desk and everything was done by text for check-in. I had nothing to worry about. Everything went so smoothly. I received a text in a timely manner as to the code for the front gate and then the code for my room. Once I got inside the gate I saw beautifully maintained public areas and then in my room was lovely and clean. I had a room beside the pool which was not noisy at all and everyday I saw the pool guy clean the pool. Any questions I had during my stay were answered lightning fast by text. The price was very reasonable. I used one of the hotel searcher sites and it came up with a great rate. I would definitely stay here aga
